The MSCC’s Donington meeting came with two races in prospect.
Oil on the track during the first race caused problems for many drivers, Tim included but by the finish we were second in class. On the slowing down lap some ominous noises from the back axle turned out to be a failed crown wheel and pinion, so sadly, the New Elms Plus 8 had to be withdrawn from the second race.
